Today, CSS helps children and their families through four programs: Grandfamilies, Child Care Resource & Referral, Adoption Related Services, and Utah Parents as Teachers. Together, these programs further CSS’s mission to meet the the growth and developmental needs of children, foster quality child care, and promote positive relationships in biological, adoptive, and kinship families. |
| General Summary of Duties: | The Executive Director’s primary responsibility is to raise funds through fundraising, government and philanthropic grants, and government contracts. The Executive Director is responsible for the administration of the agency and is responsible for ensuring that the agency’s programs are managed in accordance with all applicable contractual and legal requirements. The Executive Director is responsible for increasing the agency’s visibility and community support. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the agency’s budget and ensuring that the budget is balanced each year. |
| Qualifications: |

| Compensation: | Base salary of $60,000 plus benefits, including medical and dental insurance, employer contributions to employee 401(k) plan, and employee assistance program. In addition to the base salary and benefits, the executive director may earn a bonus, to be negotiated yearly. |
