The kids in Care program reimburses regulated child care providers for caring for chidren while parents engage in formal job search activities. The Kids in Care program is for unemployed parents. Parents need to meet specified financial eligibility requirements based upon federal regulations. Providers can be reimbursed for up to 300 hours of 'drop in' child care for each Kid in Care family they provide care for.
