| Position Summary: |
- Be able to pass background check
- Understand the issues of abused and neglected children
- Assist with children group facilitation
- Develop lesson plans
- Teach drug prevention lessons
- Teach social skills
- Do large and small motor skills activities with children
- Use positive reinforcement for behavior change
- Interact appropriately with parents and caregivers
- Demonstrate good problem solving skills
- Be able to appropriately de-escalate confrontation between children
- Make copies and handouts
