CCR&R ~ Metro helps you as a provider to advertise your program by referring your name to families in the community who are looking for child care. We collect information about your program including: hours of operation, age group vacancies, experience or training with special needs, transportation accommodations, and more in order to provide families with referrals that are likely to accommodate their needs. Although we do collect some information such as pricing for statistical purposes, we do not share this information with clients. Our goal is to empower families to select the environment they feel most comfortable with and that best meets their families’ needs. Please read our Referral Policy for more complete details on our rules for referring out your program. Note: Because we do not visit the providers on our database or regulate health and safety, we do not guarantee quality or recommend one provider over another and we accept no responsibility or liability for child care providers. We feel that parents and legal guardians are in the best position to observe and select the site that best meets their families’ needs. The Bureau of Child Care Licensing regulates child care providers and will provide families with complaint histories and compliance records, available to the public, upon their request.
Provider Update Rewards Program
In order for you to receive the most accurate referrals to your program, we ask that you update your openings once a month or as changes occur. To thank you for helping us keep our records accurate, we will send you a gift each time you update at least two months out of each quarter (Q1- Jul-Sep, Q2 – Oct-Dec, Q3 – Jan-Mar, Q4 – Apr-Jun).
