Carolyn Clark is the EFMP Respite Care Program Director at Children’s Service Society of Utah, where she has served in various roles since 2003. She began her journey with the organization as a Quality Improvement Consultant with Care About Childcare and has contributed both full-time and part-time across several positions over the years.
With a lifelong career in childcare, Carolyn brings deep experience working directly with children, managing programs, and supporting childcare staff. In her current role, she partners with Air Force families who have children with special needs—helping them access respite care, training and coordinating providers, and collaborating with Child Care Aware of America and Hill Air Force Base’s Family Support Center to ensure families receive the support they need.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, and spending time outdoors soaking up sunshine and fresh air.
